This post is about a book I read while vacationing in Las Vegas. I’m not going to read it here. I think that’s just the way I’ve always felt. But I’m going to post it on the blog because it really inspired me to get healthier.
My wife is the first to tell me that I should read books that inspire me. I told her she should ask the same of me. I think she likes me. I think I like her. I think I like these books.
I know I said this before, but Im pretty sure that we are both a little addicted to cigarettes. We both have a stash of 100 different brands, but we both usually keep them in the same place when we are on vacation. We have a similar penchant for eating out. Ive been trying to get me some healthy food since I can remember, but I dont have a list of favorites like I used to.
A few points to remember about smoking cigarettes: First, you’re not really smoking it, you’re just inhaling the smoke. Second, and probably more importantly, if you smoke a cigarette, you’re probably going to die. If you smoke a cigarette, you’re probably going to die of cancer. And, finally, you’re probably going to be dead within the next hour.
The point here is that smoking cigarettes is very unhealthy. In fact, cigarette smoking is the leading cause of death in the United States, with all-cause mortality rates ranging from 20-30 percent higher than those of people who don’t smoke. This is a trend that researchers have long been seeing, and it’s part of a growing body of evidence that smoking is linked to many other serious health issues.
It’s important to realize that the vast majority of people who die from smoking are smokers who are simply dying from smoking. But you’re probably going to die of cancer, heart disease, or some other major illness or disease that comes from smoking. And that’s all because you smoke.

One of the reasons we don’t smoke is that we have to kill ourselves. It’s a much easier death to put up with, but it’s not the only death you need to put up with.The other reason I’d go as far as saying smoke is bad, is that we want to get out of the smoke and be able to die. We want to help people who are sick from smoking, to get out of the smoke and out of the fire.
The point is that we want to die because it causes death, and we want to be able to die. So if you die of cancer or heart problems because you smoke, you might want to stop smoking.
The big question is, how do we make a better decision to stop or not to have a cigarette? We’re not making any decisions here. The game is just a means to an end to make us feel better about how we feel about dying. In a way, we’re being punished for smoking in this game. We’re being punished for not smoking.
