One of the most common questions I am asked on a regular basis is “What do I do when I am stressed?” I have no idea, because I don’t know what I do when I am stressed. I have always thought of myself as a sort of super-duper stresser; I can’t remember a time when I didn’t have a few moments of high anxiety that ended with me feeling a little bit nauseous.
A lot of the time, the first time you deal with stress, you need to deal with it. The good news is that you don’t have to deal with all of it. The bad news is that if you don’t deal with it, you end up dealing with some of it.
The good news? Well, it’s that you dont have to deal with it. The bad news? The bad news is that you end up dealing with a lot of it.
