I don’t know about you, but I have a bunch of devices in my home. The first one is the Xbox 360. I’ve been thinking about picking up a gaming headset for a while, and I’ve finally decided I’ll make the jump by purchasing a Gamestop headset.
The Gamestop headset is basically a pair of cheap earbuds that you attach to your ears with some wire. You can also use them as a microphone and a speakers. The thing I love about the headset is that they are made to be very comfortable and small to wear. The headband is removable, and you can adjust the position of the headband by sliding the headband into different positions.
The headset is so comfortable that I can actually wear it for a long time before I need to take it off. I love the fact that I can control the volume of the headset from the comfort of my computer by sliding the cable around the ear. It also has two microphones, so I can adjust the volume from both.
The two microphones are only there to make for a more natural-sounding voice. The headset doesn’t have a built-in mic, so I can plug my phone into it to make it easier to talk to someone. I was able to adjust the volume of the headset from the phone by moving the cable around the ear.
I’m not sure why they only recommend the headset with three microphones. I only have one microphone to begin with, and that was the one on the cord. If the headset didn’t have the third microphone, I would have found it much easier to talk to people. I really wanted to see how the headset was working with two microphones. I wonder if the third microphone only works with the headset or if it’s a separate device.
It seems to be a common problem. I have no clue why they don’t have more options, but the price seems to be a bit prohibitive. Even though the headset is wireless and comes with a very high quality microphone, my husband and I were having a hard time using it. The headset was a bit loud when I was talking, but it kept our conversation going when I was doing other things. It was just a bit too loud for my liking.
Not a problem with the headset, but the price is a little high for what it is. But I will say that the “solutions” they have are pretty simple and would be more than enough for most people.
Gamestop has a wide range of headsets, from $20 for the basic ones to $200 for the very expensive ones, and they usually have an option for a set of headphones that come with a microphone. While we don’t have access to anything like this, I’m sure the company could easily do something similar for us.
My guess is that they would just buy a bunch of headphones that were already on the market, tweak the settings, and then plug them into a pair of headphones. The only catch would be that it would take some work, and a lot of time, to get it all working.
Sounds like a bad plan.
